Assembly
Our experienced assemblers will assemble your Home Furnishings (if it is required) on-site within 24 to 48 hours of delivering the product.
Fitting:
For Knockdown furniture, Wood Artista’s fitter man will be dispatched within 7 days of delivery.
Our Return and Exchange Policy
What is the WOOD ARTISTA Return/Exchange Policy?
If you change your mind, you may seek a replacement with a different product of the same price or higher within 7 days. No cash refund will be provided. If your product of choice is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in price.
A 10% service charge will be applied for re-delivery. We are unable to provide an exchange for your items if the product is found to be dirty, stained, scratched, damaged, or abused.
Return Policy
You may return undamaged furniture within 7 to 10 working days of purchase, subject to a 10% service charge.
Art & craft items in good condition can be returned within 7 to 10 working days of purchase, subject to assessment. Exclusions apply for customized, broken sets, and fabric products. This demonstrates our dedication to customer satisfaction without undue financial burden.
