    Yes, we do. Once you order from our website, you can expect all our products to be delivered within 3-10 days.
  • I live in Dhaka city. Do I have to pay?
    All our deliveries in Dhaka are free of cost.
  • I live outside Dhaka. Do I have to pay?
    Yes, we’re afraid you will have to pay for this. It depends on where you are located as our delivery costs vary from place to place.
  • Do you offer assembly services?
    Yes, we do. A member of staff will come to your location after your product is delivered. They will help and assist you in setting up your product at no cost.
  • What is the maximum amount that I can pay if I want to pay by Cash on Delivery?
    Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders amounting up to BDT 5,000.
  • Can I pay by Bkash once a product is delivered to my doorstep?
    You can pay to WOOD ARTISTA Baksh merchant account for an amount of up to BDT 7000.

    Unfortunately, we can’t cater to this request. We follow very stringent production guidelines and each and every product of ours is made for use. Whether it’s the size or fabric of a particular product we ensure what you see is what you get.

    The delivery timeline may vary from 3 days to 14 Days. Estimated delivery lead times are mentioned/labelled with all products on respective product pages. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, the product delivery date may change.

    Ready Product Shipping: Inside Dhaka 5 days, outside Dhaka 10 days.

    Pre-ordered Product Shipping: Manufacturing Time* + Inside Dhaka in 5 days, outside Dhaka in 10 days.

    Assembly
    Our experienced assemblers will assemble your Home Furnishings (if it is required) on-site within 24 to 48 hours of delivering the product.

    Fitting:

    For Knockdown furniture, Wood Artista’s fitter man will be dispatched within 7 days of delivery.

    Our Return and Exchange Policy

    What is the WOOD ARTISTA Return/Exchange Policy?
    If you change your mind, you may seek a replacement with a different product of the same price or higher within 7 days. No cash refund will be provided. If your product of choice is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in price.

    A 10% service charge will be applied for re-delivery. We are unable to provide an exchange for your items if the product is found to be dirty, stained, scratched, damaged, or abused.

    Return Policy

    You may return undamaged furniture within 7 to 10 working days of purchase, subject to a 10% service charge.

    Art & craft items in good condition can be returned within 7 to 10 working days of purchase, subject to assessment. Exclusions apply for customized, broken sets, and fabric products. This demonstrates our dedication to customer satisfaction without undue financial burden.

    *Please note, I offer no refund. I offer unlimited revisions our products/services until the client is satisfied.
